Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
For automatic replies, yes; the WhatsApp Business phone app doesn't support it. We open and configure the API account, and the number stays yours.
Can I reply instead of the assistant?
Always. You take over in the same app, and the assistant notifies you when you're needed.
